Does the plugin send my catalog off-site?

No. Scans run on your WordPress site. ShopGaps does not receive your products.

Does bulk alt fill overwrite existing alt text?

No. It only fills empty alt.

What happens after I pay?

Freemius handles checkout. Then open WooCommerce → Catalog Audit on your store.

Refunds?

Refunds are handled by Freemius under their checkout terms.

Do you offer a catalog audit as a service?

Yes. A written Store Audit (USD $149) ranks SKUs that cannot sell or cannot advertise from catalog data. That is not the same as the plugin CSV. Details: Store Audit.

Where are duplicate SKU and missing GTIN?

Those are Pro checks. Short notes: duplicate SKU, missing GTIN / brand / MPN.

Missing featured image or SKU?

I have a Google Merchant Center feed, not WooCommerce.

Keep digits from GTIN / EAN / UPC / Variant Barcode and list the colliding SKUs. Blank barcodes are skipped. Duplicate barcodes.

Merchant Center disapproved the item?

Can I paste a product URL instead of a feed?

Yes. One public product page. Cloudflare fetches that URL, looks for JSON-LD identifier / price / image, then discards the HTML. Not a store crawl. We do not invent barcodes. Merchant Center check.

Missing size or color combinations — one screen?

Low stock or new orders on Telegram?

Uncategorized products?
