SKUs with stock that did not sell in N days.
You need two files: a product export that includes stock, and an orders export with SKU, date, and status. WooCommerce Products → Export plus an orders CSV, or Shopify products CSV (Variant Inventory Qty) plus an orders CSV (Lineitem sku, Paid at, Financial Status). An orders file alone cannot tell you what is still in the warehouse. Files are parsed in this tab. They are not uploaded to ShopGaps.
1. Products CSV (WooCommerce → Products → Export with Stock, or Shopify products export with Variant Inventory Qty)
No file chosen
2. Orders CSV (SKU, date, status — WooCommerce Analytics / orders plugin, or Shopify orders export)
No file chosen
Paid statuses counted: WooCommerce completed / processing / on-hold; Shopify paid / partially_paid. Cancelled, refunded, failed, pending, and voided do not count as a sale. Variable parents are skipped; variations are included. This page does not estimate trapped dollars — a product export usually has no cost column.
A written chapter on the same two files is the Store Audit (USD $149) — only if you send the orders file. That is extra delivery on the existing report, not a monthly product.

What this is not
- Not a new WordPress plugin. No install.
- Not “how much capital is trapped.” We do not invent a cost.
- Not a catalog missing-image check. That is csv-check.html.
