A Store Audit is a written report, not a plugin dump. You get a ranked list of catalog problems that stop purchases or weaken Shopping product data, plus what to do next. We do not log into live wp-admin. Google approval is not guaranteed.

Pay by invoice for the first jobs. This is not Freemius (Freemius is only Catalog Audit Pro at $49/year). There is no monthly monitor in v1. Send a WooCommerce → Products → Export plus Catalog Audit CSVs, a Google Merchant Center TSV/XML feed (Facebook / TikTok / Pinterest / Snapchat catalogs with the same columns work), an Amazon All Listings report, or a product CSV (Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, Etsy, eBay File Exchange, OpenCart, Square, Wix, Squarespace, Walmart, Ecwid). Turnaround: 3 business days after the files arrive.

A plugin dashboard or CSV reprint is not this report. We do not charge $149 unless chapters 2–4 are in the file we send you. Chapters 5–17 are extra (orders, Stock, Cost, Incoming, Location, or barcode); they do not change the price or replace chapter 2.
What you send (no live password)
- Email info@shopgaps.com.
- WooCommerce → Products → Export (native CSV), a Merchant Center TSV/XML feed, or an Amazon All Listings report. Browser checks: CSV · Merchant Center feed · Amazon listings · dead stock (products + orders).
- Catalog Audit CSVs (Pro export, or counts if you only have Free).
- Optional: an orders CSV (SKU, date, status — Woo or Shopify Lineitem sku / Paid at / Financial Status) if you want chapter 5. Without it we skip idle stock. Try the two-file check first: dead-stock.html.
Turnaround: 3 business days after email + both files arrive. Catalog files are a working copy for the report, then discarded. They are not uploaded to a ShopGaps app server.
What $299 Fix-It includes
The $149 report, then reversible edits on staging or a verified backup:
- Empty featured-image alt from the product title (never overwrite existing alt).
- Fill missing SKUs only, using a rule you approved (for example slug+ID). Existing SKUs are not changed.
- GTIN/brand only from a spreadsheet you provide. We do not invent barcodes.
- A fix log and a re-scan comparison.
Not included: generating every missing variation, theme work, Google Ads, live edits without backup. Over 1,000 products: custom quote.
What we will not do
- Overwrite existing alt, SKU, or GTIN.
- Build a product feed or manage Google Ads.
- Promise Merchant Center approval.
