ShopGaps Catalog Audit for WooCommerce runs on your WordPress site. Product titles, SKUs, prices, and images are queried in your database and shown to shop managers. That catalog data is not sent to ShopGaps or to any third-party server by the plugin.

The CSV check, Merchant Center feed check (file drop), Amazon listings check, dead stock check, and low stock check pages parse files in your browser. The file is not uploaded. If you paste a single product page URL on the Merchant Center check, Cloudflare fetches that one page, reads JSON-LD / meta for identifier, price, and image, and discards the HTML. We do not crawl the rest of the store, do not store the catalog, and do not invent GTINs. If you buy a Store Audit, you email a product CSV, a Merchant Center feed, an Amazon listings report, and optionally an orders CSV to info@shopgaps.com. We use that working copy only to write the report, then discard it. It is not uploaded to a ShopGaps app server and is not used to train models.
