The Inventory export is a grid, not a buy list.
Shopify Products → Inventory → Export writes On hand and Available by location. That file is not a sorted reorder list. Drop it on the one-file check (threshold 3). This is for the person who reorders — not a shopper waitlist, and not a Shopify app.

- Shopify admin → Products → Inventory. Export. Keep SKU, On hand, and Available.
- Drop the file on low-stock.html (or paste the table). Threshold 3 unless you already use a different notify amount.
- Zero On-hand rows are skipped. Location is ignored — we do not merge warehouses. The file stays in this tab.
If you only have a products export, use Variant Inventory Qty instead. Dead stock still needs an orders file: Shopify dead stock. This page does not connect to your shop.
