Admin inventory is a grid, not a list of SKUs you should buy this week. Export products with Variant Inventory Qty. Flag variants that still have units, at or below a threshold (3 unless you already use a different notify amount). This is for the person who reorders — not a shopper waitlist.

How
- Shopify admin → Products → Export → CSV for all products. Keep Variant SKU and Variant Inventory Qty.
- Drop the file on low-stock.html. Threshold 3 unless you already use a different notify amount.
- Zero-stock rows are skipped. Variants with their own qty are included. This page does not connect to your shop.
This is not a Shopify App Store app. It does not email customers when an item is back. Inventory export (On hand by location): Shopify Inventory CSV.
