Shopify will not list variants that went quiet.

Reports show what sold. A products CSV shows what is still in stock (Variant Inventory Qty). Dead stock is the overlap: quantity on hand, and no paid order in 90 days. An orders export alone cannot tell you what is still sitting in the warehouse.

How

1. Shopify admin → Products → Export → CSV for all products. Keep Variant Inventory Qty and Variant SKU.
2. Orders → Export. Keep Lineitem sku, Paid at, and Financial Status.
3. Drop both files on dead-stock.html. Paid = paid / partially_paid. Refunded, voided, and authorized do not count as a sale.
