Slow-moving inventory is a two-file problem.
“Slow moving” is not a missing-image scan. You need what is still in stock, and what actually sold. One product export plus one orders export. Default window: 90 days. Paid orders only. We do not invent a dollar amount without a cost column.

What to export
- WooCommerce: Products → Export (keep Stock) plus an orders CSV (SKU, date, status).
- Shopify: products CSV (Variant Inventory Qty, Variant SKU) plus orders (Lineitem sku, Paid at, Financial Status).
Cancelled, refunded, failed, pending, and voided do not count as a sale. Variable parents are skipped. This is not an ERP, not a Shopify app, and not a new WordPress plugin. A written chapter on the same two files is the Store Audit (USD $149) if you email them.
