WooCommerce will not give you a sell-out clock.

Low stock is a count. Days of cover is stock divided by recent paid units per day. The admin does not list SKUs that will run out in two weeks at current velocity. Export twice. This is not a forecast plugin and not a purchase-order app.

Open the two-file check Store Audit — $149

How

  1. WooCommerce → Products → Export. Keep the Stock column.
  2. Export orders with SKU, date, status, and quantity.
  3. Drop both files on days-of-cover.html. Variable parents and unpublished rows are skipped. Zero-sale SKUs go to dead stock.

Email the same two files for a written chapter on the Store Audit — extra delivery, same $149. Pile that lasts 180+ days: excess cover.
