A sale last month does not mean the pile is healthy.
Two files: a product export with stock, and an orders export. We divide on-hand by paid units per day. SKUs that still sell but will last 180 days or more at that velocity are excess cover — working capital sitting. Zero-sale SKUs belong on dead stock. The files stay in this tab.
1. Products CSV (Stock, Variant Inventory Qty, or On hand)

2. Orders CSV (SKU, date, status, quantity)

Paid = WooCommerce completed / processing / on-hold, or Shopify paid / partially_paid. We do not invent a dollar amount. Variable parents and unpublished rows are skipped. About to sell out: days of cover.

What this is not
- Not dead stock. Zero-sale SKUs are skipped.
- Not trapped-dollar math. We do not invent cost without a cost column.
- Not a missing-image catalog check. That is csv-check.html.
